Using FireCrest products, the operators can create point-to-point, point-to-multipoint and mesh connectivity networks allowing both circuit-switched T1/E1 and packet-based Ethernet traffic to flow freely and be cross-connected to multiple points within the network using various means of wired and wireless transport.
